Returns and Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.


When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, and the customer can return it within 14 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). While making a return please make sure that the product to be returned should be unwashed, unworn, without any stain from your side. In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. After 14 days of delivery of the product, we shall not be liable to accept a return from the Customers.
Our customers may exercise two options either to return the product to us within 14 days and claim a refund amount for the same or, Customers can exchange that product with a new one.
In the case where the customer opts for exchange then we will reship a new item and the customer shall return the product to us.

The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
We pay for delivery in case of exchange option is selected by the Customer.

We offer no exchange on promotional items.

All customers must contact for approval before sending or returning any item to us. will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to us.
In a case where customer exercises the option of a refund then refund will be allowed subject to the following conditions:

If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error;
If we make a refund as per the provision of our refund policy which is updated by us from time to time;
If we consider the refund is necessary as per customer support staff as per our sole discretion.
